Conference on Educational Sciences
Menntakvika, the annual conference of the School of Education, University of Iceland, was held on Friday, September 30, 2011. The conference is intended to present and communicate the latest research, innovation and development in the field of upbringing and education each year.
Conference proceedings by Netla and the School of Education
The conference proceedings of Netla – Menntakvika 2011 are published by Netla – Online Journal on Pedagogy and Education Magazine and the School of Education, University of Iceland. The editorial board of the conference proceedings was composed of Ingvar Sigurgeirsson, Ingólfur Ásgeir Jóhannesson and Grétar L. Marinósson. Other editorial board members were Anna Kristín Sigurðardóttir, Freyja Birgisdóttir, Guðrún V. Stefánsdóttir, Helgi Skúli Kjartansson, Jóhanna Thelma Einarsdóttir, Róbert Berman og Þuríður J. Jóhannsdóttir. Kristín Erla Harðardóttir, Lárus Ari Knútsson and Svanhildur Kr. Sverrisdóttir managed the publication. Torfi Hjartarson managed article processing.
Rit á vegum Netlu og Menntavísindasviðs
Ráðstefnurit Netlu – Menntakvika 2011 er gefið út á vegum Netlu – Veftímarits um uppeldi og menntun og Menntavísindasviðs Háskóla Íslands. Birtar eru 33 ritrýndar greinar og 7 ritstýrðar greinar eftir höfunda úr röðum þeirra sem héldu erindi á Menntakviku haustið 2011. Ritstjórar voru þeir Ingvar Sigurgeirsson fráfarandi ritstjóri Netlu, Ingólfur Ásgeir Jóhannesson, ritstjóri Uppeldis og menntunar, og Gretar L. Marinósson, ritstjóri Tímarits um menntarannsóknir. Ritnefndarmenn auk þeirra voru Anna Kristín Sigurðardóttir, Freyja Birgisdóttir, Guðrún V. Stefánsdóttir, Helgi Skúli Kjartansson, Jóhanna Einarsdóttir (talmeinafræðingur), Róbert Berman og Þuríður J. Jóhannsdóttir. Kristín Erla Harðardóttir, Lárus Ari Knútsson og Svanhildur Kr. Sverrisdóttir önnuðustu verkefnisstjórn með útgáfunni. Torfi Hjartarson hafði umsjón með umbroti og lokafrágangi greina.
